HostelEase is a hostel management platform developed and owned by SSM Limited. Universities and tertiary institutions use it to manage bed allocation, student records, online fee payments, bursary codes and support — each on its own subdomain.
The platform enables real-time bed availability checks, student profile verification, secure hostel allocations, bursary code generation, online hostel fee payments, payment evidence upload, bed reallocation workflows, branded PDF allocation letters, email and SMS notifications, role-based access control, audit trails, and revenue analytics for Nigerian universities and tertiary institutions.
